Password resets are handled by your administrator, so your account stays protected:
Employers - contact your Credit Union and they'll arrange a reset.
Credit Union staff - contact the Payroll Savings platform team; a platform administrator can reset your password from the Users screen.
Signed in but want a new password? You can change it yourself at any time from Change password in the sidebar.
